When will my SunCharm piece arrive?
Orders get packed ready to be shipped within 24 hours of recieving an order and are shipped out the next day — we don't dispatch on Sundays or public holidays, so weekend orders begin the next working day.
The moment your order leaves us, you'll get a tracking link so you can follow it right to your door. And before it's packed, every piece is checked by hand, so what arrives is exactly what you saw in the photos.

Can I return or exchange my piece?
Yes — if your piece arrived damaged, isn't what you ordered, or has lost its shine sooner than it should, we'll make it right.
Just reach out within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo, and you'll get a replacement or a full refund — whichever suits you better. No back-and-forth, no stress on your end.
One small thing: message us before sending anything back, so we can guide you through it properly.
How do I care for my piece?
A little care keeps your piece looking exactly the way it did when you first recieved it.
Keep it away from water, perfume, lotion, makeup and hair products — these dull the finish over time. When it's not on you, let it rest in its pouch or box rather than out in the open, so it stays free of scratches.
That's it. Be gentle with it and it'll stay beautiful for a long time to come.
What is my piece made of?
Stainless steel, set with zirconia & Opal stones — materials chosen because they hold their shine.
Every piece is inspected by hand before it's packed. No shortcuts, no filler pieces, nothing we wouldn't wear ourselves.
With everyday care, your piece will look just as beautiful months from now as the day it arrived.
Does it come gift-ready?
It does. Every order arrives wrapped in our signature SunCharm packaging.
It's ready to hand over straight out of the parcel, so if you're surprising someone, there's nothing left for you to do. (Any extra boxes or bags you see in our photos are just for the shoot, not included.)

Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No.
The base is stainless steel, not the cheap alloy most pendants at this price use, finished with an 18K gold-tone plating. It won't react with your skin. Like all plated jewellery, the finish lasts longest when you keep it away from perfume, lotion and water — and if it loses its shine sooner than it should, tell us within 14 days and we'll replace it.
